The Estimator/PM is responsible for the overall operational and financial success of the projects assigned to them. They work with the General Superintendent to coordinate project resources, schedule, and profitability. All specific duties and tasks of the position are outlined below. Requirements include: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 5 years experience in construction estimating (HCSS preferred) and project management, proficient in Microsoft products, strong communication skills (both written and verbal). PE preferred but not required.
